38例阴式子宫切除术临床效果观察[摘要] 目的 比较阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术的临床效果。方法 选择2008年12月～2009年12月在我院因各种子宫良性病变而行子宫切除术患者76例作为研究对象，根据入院先后顺序随机分为阴式组38例和开腹组38例，对比观察两组的平均年龄、BMI、子宫孕周大小、子宫病变以及手术时间、术中出血量、手术后的肛门排气时间、住院时间等指标，并应用统计学方法进行处理。结果 与腹式组比较，阴式组的手术时间短、术中出血少、肠功能恢复快、住院时间短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=12.46、25.63、7.34、5.37，P＜0.01）。术后随访3个月、6个月和12个月，两组术后性生活恢复正常，均大小便正常。且阴式组术后无腹壁切口疼痛，无下腹胀痛及其他不适，术后复查阴道残端愈合良好，无息肉发生，妇检及B超联合检查均未发现有盆腔炎性包块和血肿。结论 阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术比较具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后患者恢复快、并发症少、痛苦小、术后住院时间短等优点，值得临床医生广泛应用。 [关键词] 阴式子宫切除术；开腹子宫切除术；随访 [中图分类号] R713.4+2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）31-136-02 Clinical Comparative Study on Vaginal Hysterectomy and Abdominal Hysterectomy WANG Wenli Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, TCM Hospital of Donggang City in Liaoning Province, Donggang 118300, China [Abstract] Objective To compare vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy in clinical effect.
