80例再次剖宫产术中处理研究[摘要] 目的：探讨再次剖宫产术中处理的方法，提高手术的安全性。方法：2007年1～12月，东莞市石碣医院再次剖宫产术111例，其中应用“改进式”手术方法80例为观察组，随机抽取应用原手术方法再次剖宫产术60例作为对照组。观察两组开腹时间、手术时间、术中出血量、子宫切口侧角裂伤率、术后切口感染率、术后贫血率、结扎成功率。结果：观察组开腹时间和手术时间比对照组明显缩短，术中出血量明显减少，两组比较，差异有显著性（P＜0.05)；观察组子宫切口侧角裂伤率、术后切口感染率、术后贫血率明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有显著性（P＜0.05)；结扎成功率比较，差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论：再次剖宫产术应用“改进式”手术方法可以提高手术的安全性，减少并发症发生。 [关键词] 再次剖宫产术；手术方法；并发症 [中图分类号] R719.8[文献标识码]Ａ [文章编号]1673-7210（2009）01（b）-020－02 Treatment and analysis of 80 cases in the surgery of second cesarean section NIE Yu-mei, JIANG Ying-ru, GUO Li-ping (Shijie Hospital of Dongguan City，Guangdong Province, Dongguan523290, China) [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the surgery of second cesarean section for improving the safety of surgery. Methods: A total of 111 cases were performed with second cesarean section from January to December 2007 in Shijie hospital of Dongguan city, of which 80 cases underwent “improved method” of operation were as the observation group, and random 60 cases underwentthe original method of operation were as the control group. It was observed in the two groups above that the time of cutting abdominal, operative time, blood lose volume, rupture rate of uterine side angle, the infection rate of post-operative wound, rate of postoperative anemia, and success rate of legation. Results: Compared with the control group, the observing group had a significantly shorter in the cutting abdominal time and operative time, and also the blood loss volume was significantly reduced than those the control group. Also of the rupture rate of uterine side angle, the infection rate of post-operative wound, and the rate of postoperative anemia in the observing group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: Application of “improved method of operation” in second cesarean section can improve security, reduce complications.
