CT尿路造影及静脉尿路造影在泌尿系疾病诊断中比较[摘要] 目的 旨在通过与静脉尿路造影(IVU)比较,评价加压静脉滴注生理盐水CT尿路造影(CTU)在泌尿系疾病中的诊断价值。方法 20例患者进行了CTU检查,经过平扫和多期增强扫描后,对CT横断面及多种重建后泌尿系统影像进行分析研究。另20例非匹配患者进行了IVU检查。将上述两种方法显影的双侧排泄系统分为4段:肾收集系统、上段输尿管、中段输尿管、下段输尿管及膀胱,由两名有经验的医生根据显影程度进行评价。结果 CTU对排泄系统显示均良好。1例IVU肾收集系统显示不良,2例IVU对中段输尿管显示不良。结论 40层螺旋CT机CTU具有扫描速度快、憋气时间短、侵袭性小的特点,同时可多平面、多方位、立体地显示肾脏尿路血管病变,值得临床推广。 [关键词] 加压;CT尿路造影;静脉滴注生理盐水 [中图分类号] R445.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)04-101-02 CT Urography and Intravenous Urography Urologic Disease Diagnosis of Comparison YU Hao Department of Radiology,the Fifth People’s Hospital in Dalian City,Dalian 116021,China [Abstract] Objective This article is intended through intravenous urography(IVU) comparison, evaluation of pressurized CT intravenous urography physiological saline(CTU) in urinary disease diagnosis. Conclusion 40 CTU multi-slice CT machine with scanning speed and this morning after a short time,aggressive small features,while multiple flat,multi-faceted,stereo view of kidney urinary tract clinical vascular diseases,it is worth promoting.
