OSAHS患者血液血管内皮生长因子及血脂变化及相关性探析【摘要】目的：探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与血脂参数在阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS) 患者的变化及两者相关性。方法：检测经多导睡眠监测仪( PSG) 确诊的50例OSAHS患者及30例健康人员血清的VEGF、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)水平；根据睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）分为轻、中、重3组。结果：与健康对照组比较，OSAHS轻度、中度、重度组血清VEGF、TG、TC、LDL-C水平逐渐呈增高趋势(P0.05或P0.01或P0.001)，其中重度组更为明显，而HDL-C则呈下降趋势（P0.05或P0.01）；OSAHS患者血清VEGF水平与TG、TC、LDL-C呈正相关(r= 0.542、0.795、0.854，P0.05或P0.01)，与HDL-C呈负相关(r分别为-0.781，P0.01)。结论：OSAHS患者血清VEGF水平明显地升高；VEGF与血脂存在有较为密切的相关。 【关键词】睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；血管内皮生长因子；血脂 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）23-3486-02 中图分类号：R446 文献标识码：A Study of the correlation between the changes of serum VEGF and serum lipid in patients with OSAHS WU Wen-bing1,WANG Yu-min2 (1.Department of Clinical Laboratories,The Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College,Zhejiang 325200,China;2.Experimental Diagnostic Center,The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College,Zhejiang 325000,China) 【Abstract】Objective:To study the correlation between the changes of serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and serum lipid level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods:Fifty OSAHS patients were confirmed by polysomnoprouphy（PSG），thirty healthy subjects were rescruited as the control group.The serum levels of VEGF、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C were measured.OSAHS patients were divided into three groups according to light, medium and serious AHI.Results：The serum levels of VEGF、TG、TC、LDL-C in the above three groups were increased significantly compared with the control group（P0.05，P0.01，P0.001）especially in the serious group，while HDL-C was reduced significantly(P0.05,P0.01)；The serum level of VEGF was positively correlated to TG、TC、LDL-C( r= 0.542、0.795、0.854，P0.05，P0.01)，was negatively correlated to HDL-C（r=-0.781，P0.01）.Conclusion:The serum level of VEGF increased significantly in OSAHS patients,the changes were a close correlation between the serum lipid level and VEGF. 【Key words】OSAHS；VEGF；Serum lipid 多项研究显示阻塞
