Methods Ten cases of USAC as FIGO stage I with full surgical and pathologic stage were scolled up, controlled with 10 cases of normal endometium. The expression of p130, cullin-1 and p53 protein were determined immunochemically, and the level of p130 and cullin-1 mRNA was examined by real-time RT-PCR. Results Compared with the expression of protein and mRNA in USAC cases and normal controls, the expression of p130 protein and mRNA in USAC was decreased, meanwhile the expression of cullin-1 protein and mRNA in USAC increased. Conclusion USAC has a distinctive clinical and pathologic feature. There was an increased expression of cullin-1 protein and mRNA in U
