固本咳喘胶囊联合噻托溴铵对稳定期COPD患者肺功能影响[摘要] 目的 探讨固本咳喘胶囊联合噻托溴铵对稳定期COPD患者肺功能的影响。方法 60例COPD患者随机分为两组，非联合治疗组使用沙美特罗氟替卡松粉治疗，联合治疗组在非联合治疗组方案上加用固本咳喘胶囊和噻托溴铵粉，疗程60d，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 非联合治疗组除FEV1%治疗前后有显著性差异（P＜0.05）外，其他指标差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）。固本咳喘胶囊联合噻托溴铵组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%治疗前后比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05），而且与非联合治疗组治疗后对比，差异也有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 固本咳喘胶囊联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗稳定期COPD，中西医并重，疗效优于常规治疗，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；固本咳喘胶囊；噻托溴铵；肺功能 [中图分类号] R563.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）26-98-02 Effect of Guben-cough-asthma Capsule Combined with Tiortopiumbromide Inhalation on Lung Function for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Phase LAN Jianyang ZHENG Yangjian Deparement of Internal Mdeicine，Putuo District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhoushan City in Zhejiang Province， Zhoushan 316100， China [Abstract] Objective To expore the effect on pulmonary function of guben-cough-asthma capsule combined with tiotropiumbromide inhalation for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase. Methods Sixty cases of patients with COPD in stable stage were randomized into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each. The former group were given samlmeterol and fluticasone inhalation for sixty days. In the observation group， guben-cough-asthma capsule （1.2g， tid） and tiotropiiumbromide were added based on the same treatment in the former group， the pulmonary function of the first forced expiratory vital （FEV1）、FEV1/forced vital volume capacity （FVC） and FEV1% between the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the control group， FEV1/FVC、FEV1% were significantly improved （P＜0.05） except for FEV1 （P＞0.05）， however， in the observation grounp， all of the function of FEV1、FEV1/FVC and FEV1% increased greatly after the chinese intergate medicine therapy， which also demonstrated remarkable difference compared with the control group.
