It has been five revisions,meantime it was designated International Standard ISO/DIS-2859 in 1973. The last it was designated MIL-STD-105E in 1989. Inspector should refer to the applicant’s “Requirement”, or otherwise follow our own “Work Instructions” for sampling. ;In general inspection including : The sampling method to conduct the inspection ; Do 100% inspection (request by clients in some case ).; In order to standardize the 100% inspection procedures , what step should be done?Do inspection carton by carton; (To avoid mix up when the item consist of different size /color)Inspect all the goods piece by piece from carton ;Label the defective; (no matter several defects found in one unit)Segregate the inspected good units from defective units;Request the factory to repack the inspected good units immediately;Put those repacked good units into the carton up to the right quantity of carton,find another units from other cartons for supplementary ,if necessary;Seal those inspected cartons by Intertek adhesive tape and mark the quantity on outside if carton is not a “full-fill carton”;Mark the detail of defective clearly on report one by one and carton-by –carton ,if necessary.; Note: During the inspection, in case the factory /applicant is requested to re-inspect the defective units just right after the goods are repaired ,
