Introduction
Politeness is the lubricant of interaction between people, and the bridge of interpersonal communication, also symbol of human civilization. An important point in politeness principle is You - oriented attitude, which is given priority to the other attitude, meaning to think from each others point of view, imagine each others problems and situation and to convey their opinions appropriately according to the requirements of the other party.
