  每日交通時間計分表  (按地區計算)   以申請人每日由父母或監護人其住址前往大學九龍塘校園交通時間計算。如申請人屬單親(包括父母 已分居或仳離)或由監護人照顧，則以法庭頒令擁有監護權人仕的住址，或在其他情況下，與申請人 一直同住之單親(包括父母分居或仳離) 或監護人的地址作準。    計分表檢討  學生舍堂運作委員會(下稱委員會)經過諮詢宿生會、駐舍學長及同學們後，於 2015 年 1 月首次採用 現行的每日交通時間計分方法，並於 2015/16 年度的住宿申請使用。其後，由於收到不同意見，委員 會再邀請宿生會於 2015 年 11 月進行另一次更為全面及廣泛的諮詢，並再加入學生會的意見，經調整 的計分表(如下表列)已於 2016 年 2 月得到委員會的通過，並將於 2016/17 及後的住宿申請應用。      註:  1. 如申請人提交住址與大學記錄不同，必須提供住址証明，本科生舍堂或會作出突擊檢查。  2. 如本地同學以非本港住址申請入宿，則須提供有關住址的證明文件，所報住之地址須為同學與父母或監護人同住的地 址，並須提供遷出香港的日期及原因。如証明屬實，同學於第一年申請入宿時將可獲最高交通時間分數，而往後的申 請，則每次只可獲取最高分數的一半。同學及其家長/監護人並需在入宿前簽署一份書面聲明，確認所呈報的地址為 其真實的住址。    Marking Scheme on Daily Travelling Time (by district)  Daily travelling time from parents’/guardians’ home to the Undergraduate Halls of the University will be  taken as daily travelling time of the hall applicant.   In the case of a single parent or single guardian, from  the address of the custodian as specified in the Court order or in all other cases, from the home address of  that single/separated/divorced parent or guardian, with whom the applicant used to live.    Review on the Marking Scheme  The Marking Scheme on Daily travelling time was first adopted in January 2015, after consultation with Hall  Councils, Hall Tutors and fellow students, by the Student Residence Operation Committee (SROC).  The  scheme was then implemented in the hall application for 2015/16.   In view of further opinions on the  scheme, the SROC invited the Hall Councils to conduct a comprehensive consultation with the residents  again in November 2015.  Together with the inputs from the Students’ Union, a refined version of the  scheme, as shown in the table below, was approved by the SROC in February 2016 and it will be  implemented in hall application of 2016/17 and thereafter.     Note:  1.
