Both the people they’re renting an apartment and those who live in their own house have the right to sleep peacefully in their home. The fact that others would be playing loud music or listening to their TV at full volume in the middle of the night is unacceptable. To our unhappiness ,they know well that they were keeping their neighbors awake. This is so horrible .In fact , it’s easy enough to listen to those things at a reasonable volume! So I think it is quite fair for those rude, noisy people to get in trouble .Maybe it will make them think twice about being unnecessarily loud during sleeping hours.
