· 论 著· 2008年1月第46卷第1期 2万外资企业员工健康体检 和两对半结果分析 孙燕齐 杨智勇 (1．艾欧史密斯(中国)热水器有限公司卫生所内科，南京210038；2．南京市疾病预防控制中心金山医院体检中心，南京21O042) 【摘要】目的 了解南京市外资企业员工乙型肝炎病毒感染状况与血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶的异常率。方法 对20 000名体检 者应用酶联免疫吸附法测定HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb，用速率法测定ALT。结果 HBsAg的阳性率为3．5％， ALT的异常率为8．38％。乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物主要以HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性(小三阳)和HBsAg HBeAg、HBcAb 阳性(大三阳)两种模式为主。结论 南京市外资企业员工体检者中的HBsAg的阳性率低于全国的HBsAg的阳性率，但员 工中潜在着一定的乙肝病毒传播，仍要注意加强对乙肝的预防及治疗。 【关键词】乙型肝炎病毒；丙氨酸氨基转移酶；两对半；健康体检；ELISA 【中图分类号】R5 12．62 [文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1673—9701(2008)01—24-02 Analysis of Results of ALT and HBV Hang dui ban ’’Determination in 20000 Employees of Foreign-funded enterprises SUN Yanqi YANG 乃 n 1．Medical Clinics of A．O．smith(China)Water Heater Company，Nanjing 210038；2．Physical Examination Center of Jinshan Hospital of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Nanjing，N蛐jing 210042 [Abstract】Objective To be acquainted with the status of hepatitis B infection and abnormal rate of Marline aminotransferase in Employees of foreign-funded enterprises in Nanjing．Methods HBV markers including HBsAg， anti-HBs，HBeAg， anti—HBe， and anti-HBc were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and ALT Was determined by kinetics method．Results The positive rate of HBeAg Was 3．53％．the abnormal rate of ALT Was 8．38％．The most prevalent combination of the HBV markers included tWO kinds of patterns：HBsAg， anti-HBe， anti—HBc positive， and the HBsAg，HBeAg， anfi-HBc positive．Conclusion Employees of foreign-funded enterprises in Nanjing is lower than that in the whole nation．Please pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B because of the potential spread of the type B hepatitis in employees． [Key Words】HBV；ALT；HBV“liang dui ban”；Physical examination；ELISA 乙型肝炎是一种世界范围内流行的i严重威胁人类健康的
