辽宁省高等教育自学考试专业（本科段） 毕业论文 论文题目：学生姓名：准考证号：指导教师：完成日期：  民营企业人力资源开发途径 内容摘要： 进入21世纪,民营企业发展越来越迅猛,但是民营企业的发展尤其在人力资源管理方面还存在着许多不足。文章针对当前我国民营企业人力资源管理面临的问题,从民营企业人力资源管理工作的现状出发,深入分析了其中存在的问题,提出了民营企业人力资源的管理发展战略途径。自改革开放后，民营经济经过20多年的改革和发展，克服了基础薄弱和先天不足等劣势，已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，已成为国民经济中最为活跃的经济增长点。实践证明，发展民营经济是我国现有阶段汇集民间资本、促进就业、加快城镇化脚步、增加地方财政收入、拉动经济、推动中国经济起飞的重要力量。但是民营经济在发展中仍面临着许多问题和一系列的体制和制度上的阻碍，这是民营经济发展中所面临的重大挑战。 关键词：民营企业 人力资源管理 发展攻略 Abstract: Entered in twenty-first Century, the development of private enterprise is more and more rapidly, but the development of private enterprises especially in human resources management still exist many problems.
