行为安全观察培训(修订10.5)
* I. FACILITATOR NOTES This slide refers to section 4.2 (How to start a feedback conversation) of the Working Safely brochure. Instead of just presenting this slide you can introduce it in a form of an exercise. Small Groups (3-5 people) Divide the participants into small groups Ask them to discuss the general rules of giving feedback. What is important? Ask them to share their findings with the rest of the audience and write their ideas on a flip chart. Whole Group (max 10 people) Ask the participants to discuss the general rules of giving feedback. What is important? Write their ideas on a flip chart. II. THEORY Giving and receiving feedback on behaviour is difficult, and the consequences of doing it badly can be serious. Feedback can be a way of letting people know they are doing a good job. Rules of feedback: Be clear without being rude. This way you will avoid misunderstandings. Make sure people understand your feedback is well intended. Focus on behaviour and situations that can be changed, not on personality. Be objective and separate what you know, from what you think. Ask questions and make your statements evidence based. Do not overly concentrate on negative details, also look for positive things to say. Make sure, people understand the goal of the feedback is to together look for solutions to a problem. Always give others the opportunity to respond. Use the Safe Behaviour framework: “Can you see...(the hazard)?” – Sense “Do you know...(what can happen)? – Know “Do you know what to do...(about the hazard)? – Plan “Is it difficult to always do that? – Act / Maintain Don’t delay more than necessary as the message will lose its impact. However, make sure people are safe before proceeding. Do not address sensitive subjects in public.
