毕业论文 原子吸收法测定分心木中 铜铅锌含量方法研究 学 院: 专 业: 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 2015年6月 摘 要 分心木作为一种具有较高医用价值的中药材,其主要有效药用成分是药材中的总鞣质含量,而分心木中的铜铅锌等微量重金属,对药效也有一定影响,所以,研究中的铜铅锌含量的测定方法,测定其含量,对于分心木的药用价值的进一步开发研究具有重要意义。 本文研究了用原子吸收光谱法测定分心木中铜、铅、锌含量的实验影响因素。通过实验建立了火焰原子吸收法测定分心木中铜、铅、锌的方法步骤。实验考察比较了用强酸湿法消解和干法灰化两种不同的样品处理方法,得出强酸消解和通过灰化溶解两种实验方法的各自的优势。化时,马弗炉最佳温度为550℃;消解时,最佳的消解试剂配比30mL浓硝酸和5mL过氧化氢。方法确定了铜、铅、锌的最佳实验条件,测定Cu、Pb、Zn狭缝宽度为0.4nm;乙炔空气比为:2.4。实验测得铜、铅、锌的标准工作线方程分别为y=0.217x+0.0096,y=0.0324x+0.0077,y=0.0533x+0.0024,相关系数R2分别为0.9989,0.9904,0.9983。经实验测得分心木中铜元素的含量为6.μg.g-1,锌元素的含量为35.μg.g-1,铅元素的含量为0.01975μg.g-1。 Abstract Distraction wood is a medicines with high medical value, and its main active medicinal ingredients are herbs total tannin content , the copper , lead and zinc and other trace heavy metal cotent in distracted wood also have some impact on efficacy . Therefore , the study of measured for its content of which the determination of Cu, Pb and Zn content was important for the distraction of the medicinal value of wood further research and development. In this paper, we study the experimental factors of the determination of Cu, Pb and Zn content by using atomic absorption spectrometry. Experiments established the method steps of the determination of Cu, Pb and Zn content in distraction wood by flame atomic absorption spectrometry . Experimental study that compare the wet acid digestion and dry ashing two different sample processing methods, obtained their advantages of two experimental methods . When ashing, the best temperature of muffle is 550 ℃; when digestion, optimal digestion reagent ratio 5mL 30mL concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The method determines the optimum conditions of copper, lead, zinc and slit width measured were 0.4 (H) nm / Cu, Pb, Zn; acetylene - air ratio is 2.0: 17.0.
