So adopting conventional students’ basic information procedure(as direct management by handiwork, administrative system not high of open degree) would waste a large amount of manpower, material and financial resources, and progressively can’t be met with the demand of the higher education’s development at present. All this has become the “bottleneck” in the course of enlarging China higher education’s scale. Establishment of high-efficient students’ information system has been an indispensable part in higher schools’ management. It will help to increase efficiency in management. The paper mainly analyzes the target’s technology and explains the design of the students’ information management system using UML(Unified Modeling Language).
