改扩建工程交通组织设计初探 姜 海 （中交第一公路勘察设计研究院，陕西，西安710075） 摘???要：随着社会经济的快速发展和区域经济交往频繁和交通量急剧增长等问题，早期修建的高速公路的通行能力基本达到饱和状态，公路服务水平逐渐下降，已不能满足社会经济的发展和通行需求，因此早期修建的很多高速公路需要改扩建、大修。改扩建工程在施工期既要维持基本通行能力又要确保施工的安全，如何做好交通组织设计是保障改扩建工程顺利进行的重要工作。本文通过对交通组织设计的原则、影响因素等方面进行分析，提出了交通组织设计的方法。 关键词：高速公路；改扩建工程；交通组织设计；交通量 中图分类号： 文献标识码 Change to extend the engineering transportation organization design JIANG Hai (The First Highway Survey ＆ Design Institute of China, Xi’an, Shaanxi 710075) Abstract: Along with the society economic of the economy of the fast development and district associate multifarious and the traffic volume nasty play growth etc. problem, the superhighway that fixed to set up went through the ability in early days basic attain the saturated appearance, the highway service level descends gradually, have already cant satisfy the society economy of development and went through the need, so a lot of superhighways that fixed to set ups needed to change the extension and fixed greatly in early days.Change to extend the engineering at start construction to expect since to maintain basic to go through the safety that the ability wants to insure the construction again, how work well the transportation organization design is the guarantee changes to extend the engineering smoothly progress of key job.This text passes the principle, the influence factor...etc. that organizes the design to the transportation to carry on the analysis, putting forward the transportation to organize the method of design. Key words: Superhighway;Change to extend the engineering; The transportation organization design；Traffic volume 高速公路经过10多年的发展，至2007年底，我国已建成高速公路8.3万公里，交通长期制约经济发展的状况得到缓解。总体来看，高速公路及其他高等级公路的建设，改善了我国公路的技术等级结构，改变了我国公路事业的落后面貌，缩短了我国同发达国家之间的差距，有效地拉动内需，刺激了高速公路附近地区的经济繁荣和发展。但是，随着社会经济的快速发展，区域经济交往更加频繁，居民交通出行更加活跃，现代物流业的跳跃式发展等问题，都对公路行业的发展提出了更高的要求，早期修建的高速公路的通行能力基本达到的饱和、超饱和状态，公路服务水平逐渐下降，公路行业的发展已不能满足经济的发展和行车需求。因此，早期修建的高等级公路大多的需要进行改扩建。 1改扩建工程交通组织设计原则 改扩建工程在施工期对交通的影响主要是施工占用道路对交通的影响和施工期交通量重组对周边路网的影响。为了解决改建工程施工时
