促销员的语言技巧(The promotion of language skills)
Say the words, spill the water. This sentence vividly illustrates the important influence of language on human beings. As a frequent promoter of dealing with customers, the necessary language skills must be mastered to avoid adverse effects on customers and sales due to careless language.
There are many professional languages in various occupations, such as diplomats who have diplomatic language, playwrights who are accustomed to the use of stage language, and teachers with classroom language. The basic terms of promoters are as follows:
1. polite words
Polite expressions of promoters is mainly manifested in the honorific on.
The biggest characteristic is: refined and courteous, warm words and solemn.
The use of honorifics, attention must be paid to the time, place and occasion, use of the tone to be sweet and gentle.
