2013年度本科生论文 三亚市建材物流探究 学 院： 旅游管理学院 专 业： 物流管理 年 级： 2010级 学生姓名： 周士淇 学 号： 导师及职称： 柳国海（副教授） 二〇一三年六月 摘 要 随着建设国际旅游岛的政策的实施，三亚市的房地产等建筑行业发展迅速，带动建材市场的扩大，三亚市建材物流得到发展。国家还出台了一系列政策，关于保障向住房及其他基础设施设备的大力投入使国内建材市场蓬勃发展，建材物流作为其后勤保障性服务，也必然存在更大的发展契机。然而，由于建材的区别于其他原料产品的特性，是的建材物流在实施过程中充满了困难，本文根据建材物流的特性、三亚市建材物流现状，提出相关的整改措施，力求能有效改善三亚市的建材物流市场。 关键词Abstract With speedy pace of the economic globalization and tourism internationalization, cultivating international tourism talents has become an important goal for numerous tourism colleges. However, because the connotation, basic elements, evaluation standards of international tourism talents are not grasped so clear, the international talents cultivation system in most domestic tourism colleges basically have no difference at teaching concept, the curriculum, teaching content, teaching method and means. Internationalized talents are similar to the common talents. Therefore, the primary factor of international tourism talents training target is to realize the true connotation of the international tourism talents, establish the evaluation index and standard. Based on the connotation of international tourism talents, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of international tourism talents and selects representative tourism talents evaluation index according to these characteristics. Then it constructs the international tourism talents evaluation index system. Finally, according to those indexes, put forward four suggestions: improve curriculum system, innovate the teaching method, renewal educational sense, and pay attention to the teachers construction.
