:采用Flic软件的床层模型和商业软件Fluent, 对750 t/d 垃圾焚烧 的燃烧和传热过程进
行了数值模拟, 有效地预测了焚烧 内的温度场、烟气流场和烟气各组分浓度场等重要信息,进 一
步优化了运行工况, 并对一次风风室风量配比和垃圾初始厚度等因素进行了研究.结果表明:当 一
次风各风室风量比例为0.22 ∶0.38 ∶0.28 ∶0.12 时,垃圾减重率达79.18%, 膛出口CO 含量仅

为389 mg/m ;在合理范围内, 增加垃圾初始厚度可缩短干燥过程和提前垃圾的着火时间.在各工
况中,当采用垃圾初始厚度为585mm 的工况3 时,焚烧 具有最优的燃烧传热特性.

Abst ract :Using the bed model of saftware Flic and the commercial software Fluent, numerical simulation
on combustion and heat transfer process of a 750 t/d waste incinerator was carried out for effective predic-
tion of the temperature field, flow field, composition concentration field of the flue gas and other important
information inside the incinerator.The operational conditions were further optimized, and the flow rate ra-
tio of the primary air in different bellows and the initial thickness of waste were studied.Results show that
when the flow rate ratio of the primary air in different bellow s is 0.22 ∶0.38 ∶0.28 ∶0.12, mass loss rate

of the waste is 79.18 %, and the CO concentration at the furnaceoutlet is only 389 mg/m ;within reason-
able range, increasing the initial thickness of waste can shorten the drying process and advance the ignition
time of the waste.Among all operational conditions, the incinerator can run with comprehensive op
