多普勒高频超声在诊断乳腺微小癌诊断的临床价值 马红艳 （宁波市北仑区妇幼保健院B超科，浙江 宁波 315800） 【摘要】目的：探讨在乳腺微小癌诊断中采用多普勒高频超声的临床价值。方法：选取2014年5月到2015年4月在我院经过实验室检查诊断为患有乳腺疾病的患者，其中40例经病理证实为乳腺微小癌患者设为实验组，同时选取40例乳腺良性病变患者设为对照组，对两组患者在多普勒高频超声的临床表现以及临床诊断情况进行对比分析。结果：实验组患者的图像表现低回声（92.50%）、微钙化（72.50%）、显示血流（70.00%）以及血流RI0.7（72.50%）与对照组患者的图像表现低回声（42.50%）、微钙化（5.00%）、显示血流（17.50%）以及血流RI0.7（5.00%）相比存在显著差异；实验组患者的敏感度（90.00%）、特异度（30.00%）、准确度（95.00%）以及Youden指数（87.50%）显著高于对照组患者的敏感度（67.50%）、特异度（20.00%）、准确度（67.50%）以及Youden指数（40.00%），差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：在乳腺微小癌诊断中多普勒高频超声的临床诊断效果更为突出，可以将乳腺微小癌的图像表现细致化，可以有效地提高临床诊断的准确性，在临床上应用上具有重要意义。 【关键词】乳腺微小癌；多普勒高频超声；诊断价值 Doppler high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of minimal breast cancer diagnosis MA Hong-yan (Department of ultrasound, Beilun District maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Ningbo 315800) [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical value of Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of small breast cancer.
