组织蛋白酶D和基质金属蛋白酶-9在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤中的表达 张 娟，陈旻静，王大伟，刘林嶓，王喜梅，郭丽丽，王 琰(450052郑州，郑州大学第一附属医院整形外科) [摘要] 目的 检测 Cath-D和MMP-9和在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤、交界痣及正常皮肤中表达情况，及其与皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的临床分期，淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法对分别检测Cath-D和MMP-9在44例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤、22例皮肤交界痣及20例正常皮肤中的表达水平。结果 Cath-D和MMP-9在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤中的阳性表达率（79.55%和75.00%）均高于交界痣（45.45%和40.91%）及正常皮肤组织（15.00%和30.00%）（P0.05)，Cath-D和MMP-9在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤中的阳性表达率随肿瘤浸润深度的增加而增大，且有淋巴结转移者阳性表达率大于无淋巴结转移者（P0.05)。皮肤恶性黑色素瘤中Cath-D和MMP-9的表达呈正相关(rs=0.488, P0.05)。结论 Cath-D和MMP-9在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的发生、发展中可能起着重要作用，且与CMM的浸润转移密切相关，且二者之间可能具有作用Expression of Cath-D and MMP-9 in Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma Zhang Juan, Chen Minjing, Wang Dawei,Liu Linbo,Wang Ximei,Guo Lili,Wang Yan（Department of Plastic Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou, 450052, Henan Province, China） [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expressions of Cath-D and MMP-9 in cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM)，junctional nevus and normal skin, and with the relationship of clinical stages, lymph node metastasis of CMM. Methods The expressions of Cath-D and MMP-9 were detected in 44 cases of CMM, 22 cases of junctional nevus and 20 cases of normal skin specimens by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive expression rate of Cath-D and MMP-9 in CMM (79.55% and 75.00%) were higher compared with the junctional nevus (45.45% and 40.91%) and normal skin(15.00% and 30.00%)（P0.05). Cath-D and MMP-9 expression in the CMM is related to the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis. There was a highly positive correlation between Cath-D and MMP-9 expression in CMM tissue (rs=0.488,P0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that Cath-D and MMP-9 might play an important role in the formation of CMM, and was associated with CMM invasion and metastasis. The factors of it may cooperate to promote the progress of CMM. Joint detection of expression for both early diagnosis and prognosis of CMM provides a new target.
