Abstract: university teachers are the main body of colleges and universities, and they are the most important human resources in Colleges and universities. The rational use and development of human resources of college teachers is the key to improve the quality of college education and teaching. This paper analyzes and expounds the existing problems and Countermeasures in the development and management of human resources of College teachers.

The human resource of university teachers refers to the total amount of human resources that have the ability to innovate in teaching and research. Human resources development of university teachers, refers to the university through a variety of effective means to enhance the capacity of teachers and the level of business, to fully exploit the potential of teachers, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers, so that teachers can reasonable use of labor. As the main body of college education, university teachers are the most important part of the human resources management in universities, and they are also the most creative human resources in Colleges and universities. It plays an important role in improving teaching quality and promoting scientific research and promoting the healthy development of colleges and universities. In recent years, although some achievements have been made in the development of human resources of university teachers in our country, there are still some problems in the development and exploration.
