I. background
(1) the reasons for choosing the project;
Its a good choice to start a business in a fast food restaurant. Hunger breeds discontentment, no matter what age, eating is always the problem of peoples livelihood. The quickening pace of social life makes the existence and development of fast food industry an unquestionable problem.
Surveys show that traditional household chores will come to society when income per head amounts to $2000. Therefore, the rapid development of fast-food business will enter a period of rapid expansion, so the fast food market in China will enter a high-speed development stage with the economic development of our country.
I like to eat, like to do all kinds of food, food and beverage in this area has a special liking, and I hope to make all kinds of delicious snacks to share with you, but also hope that I have a snack bar of their own.
(two) market analysis
1. tourists: City fast-food restaurants target customers: to Weihai Road, commercial pedestrian street, shopping and entertainment of the general consumer, accounting for about 50%; nearby schools students, store staff, residential residents, accounting for about 50%. The number of tourists is abundant, and the consumption level is low.
2. competitors:
There are 4 major competitors in the citys fast-food restaurants, of which 1 are larger, and the other 3 are small snack bars. The 4 hotels have been in business for more than 2 years. * fast-food restaurant in China and Western run, the price is more expensive, the source of spring is sparse. In addition, 3 small fast-food restaurants poor health, poor quality of service, eating crowded and messy environment.
