Governor Chen Quanguo February 9th, two Regulations for the administration of fire protection facilities in Hebei Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of fire protection facilities, improve the ability to resist fire society, safeguard public safety, according to the provisions of the Peoples Republic of China fire and Hebei province fire protection regulations and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of this province, the enactment of this provision. Article second the planning, construction, maintenance and management of fire protection facilities within the administrative area of this province shall be applicable to these provisions. Article third of these Regulations refers to fire facilities including public fire protection facilities and building fire protection facilities. Public fire facilities include: (a) the fire brigade (station), fire barges, fire helicopter airfield (Ping), fire training and service facilities; (two) the municipal fire hydrant, fire, fire, fire water tank crane wharf, fire and other fire water supply network device; (three) fire vehicle passage, fire safety evacuation passage, fire prevention interval, fire safety sign and outdoor fire safety publicity facilities; (four) fire signal transmission line, outdoor communication station and supporting
