What is the classification of thyroid nodules on ultrasound reports? TI-RADS?

TI-RADS is a thyroid imaging reporting and data system (Thyroid, imaging, reporting, and, data, system, TI-RADS):
TI-RADS was first proposed by Horvath in 2009. The classification system is based on the American Radiology Association breast imaging reporting and data system (breast imaging reporting and data system) BI-RADS. It combines the sonographic features of thyroid nodules into TI-RADS and 1-6 groups according to the degree of malignancy.
At present, there is no uniform TI-RADS standard at home and abroad, and different scholars have established their own evaluation system:
Horvath et al. Linked the FNAB findings of the nodules with the defined sonographic classification, resulting in the TI-RADS classification (general thyroid pathology, TI-RADS 1-6, nodule TI-RADS, 2-6). Establish the following categories:
TI-RADS class 1: normal thyroid;
TI-RADS 2: benign (malignant rate 0);
TI-RADS 3: benign nodules may be (malignant rate less than 5%);
TI-RADS 4 categories: suspicious nodules, 4 categories can be divided into 4a (malignant rate of 5%-10%) and 4B (malignant rate 10%-80%);
TI-RADS 5: malignant nodules may be (malignant rate 80%);
TI-RADS class 6: malignant nodules identified by biopsy including biopsy.
Park et al summarized 12 sonographic features of the thyroid gland and classified them into the following 6 groups according to the classification of thyroid nodules:
TUS Class 0: without nodules;
TUS class 1: highly suggestive of benign (malignant rate 0-7%);
TUS 2: possible benign (8%-23%);
TUS 3: uncertainty (24%-50%);
TUS 4: potentially malignant (51%-90%);
TUS class 5: highly suggestive of malignancy (91% -100%).
Kwak et al. Summed up the malignant features of 5 thyroid nodules and classified the following categories with reference to the BI-RADS malignancy risk classification system:
