Methods: We reviewed the experience of 30 cases of high fever convulsion in outpatient clinic and infusion course in the past two years. Results: the treatment and nursing of 30 children with high fever convulsion were improved in time, shock, respiratory tract patency, oxygen absorption, cooling, fluid replacement, and maintenance of water electrolyte balance. Conclusion: prompt and timely control of convulsion, keeping the airway clear and cooling, and maintaining the balance of water and mass are the keys to the treatment of high fever convulsion in children.
