电大毕业论文门诊小儿高热惊厥的急救及护理(Emergency treatment and nursing care of children with high fever convulsion in TV University graduation clinic) Emergency treatment and nursing care of children with high fever convulsion in TV University graduation clinic [Abstract] Objective: to master the correct nursing strategy for children with high fever convulsion, so as to improve the cure rate, reduce complications and reduce craniocerebral injury. Methods: We reviewed the experience of 30 cases of high fever convulsion in outpatient clinic and infusion course in the past two years. Results: the treatment and nursing of 30 children with high fever convulsion were improved in time, shock, respiratory tract patency, oxygen absorption, cooling, fluid replacement, and maintenance of water electrolyte balance. Conclusion: prompt and timely control of convulsion, keeping the airway clear and cooling, and maintaining the balance of water and mass are the keys to the treatment of high fever convulsion in children. It is the most common emergency in infants, ranging in age from 6 months to 6 years, and rises to 39 in the early stages of fever (within 6-12 hours). Seizures occur at C, with short episodes, most of them ranging from tens of seconds to minutes, rarely exceeding ten minutes. Manifested as sudden attack, binocular gaze, strabismus or upturned, accompanied by varying degrees of consciousness change, incontinence, coma after attack.
