经腹腔镜手术与经开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的meta分析（Meta analysis of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for uterine fibroids） META analysis of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for uterine fibroids Zhan Lili 1 Luo RuO 2 yuan Ni Zou Zhibo Zhang Qingxuyi Abstract: Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of two methods of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods: We searched randomized controlled trials on laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids The Cochrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, CBM, Wan Fang database full-text database, retrieved from database to March 2012. At the same time, hand inspection was included in the literature reference. RCT screening was carried out according to the inclusion exclusion criteria, and the Meta analysis was carried out by RevMan5.1 software after data extraction and quality evaluation. Results: a total of 8 studies were conducted and 922 patients were included. The Meta analysis results showed that: 1. in the aspect of safety: compared with open surgery, laparoscopic surgery a long time [MD=46.34, 95%CI (26.62,66.02, P0.00001]), less bleeding in the operation of [MD=-39.81, 95%CI (-50.86, -28.76) P0.00001], shorter hospitalization [MD=-3.2, 95%CI (-3.85, -2.54), P0.00001] 2. in terms of effectiveness: low [OR=0.16 recurrence rate, 95%CI (0.09,0.29, P0.00001]) conclusions: laparoscopy and laparotomy in two were compared to similar efficacy, but laparoscopic surgery to open surgery is relatively longer, but shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, shorter hospitalization time, low recurrence rate, safety high quality; but because the original research was low, clinical recommendations prudent choice; need more high quality randomized controlled trials with large samples demonstrated.
