侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效观察 刘宝剑1 郭慧2 （1.河南焦作市普济颈肩腰腿痛医院 2.南京医科大学第二附属医院东院） 【摘要】　目的：观察侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年~2012年在我院进行治疗的腰椎管狭窄60例患者作为研究对象，所有患者均经 MR 或 CT 明确诊断为腰椎管狭窄，按照单纯随机的方法分为两组，分别为 A组和B组，每组30例。A组为单纯侧隐窝注射治疗组，B组为侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针内外口松解治疗组。每周治疗1次，2次为一疗程。结果：一疗程治疗结束后，B组患者的各项评定指标明显优于A组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论：采用侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄，大大减少治疗次数，降低复发率，提高了临床疗效，应加强临床推广。 【关键词】　侧隐窝；椎间盘针；腰椎管狭窄； Lateral recess injection combined with intervertebral disc needle intervertebral foramen release for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis : Observation of clinical efficacy Liu Baojian 1 Guo Hui 2 ( 1 Henan Jiaozuo Puji neck-shoulder pain hospital ;2 Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical [ Abstract ] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the lateral recess injection combined with intervertebral disc needle intervertebral foramen release for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis .Methods: in 2010 ~2012 years in our hospital for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in 60 cases of patients as the object of study, all the patients were treated with MR or CT for the definitive diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis, in accordance with the random method is divided into two groups, respectively, A group and B group, 30 cases in each group. Group A was lateral recess injection group, group B as lateral recess injection combined with intervertebral disc needle and export loosening therapy group. Weekly for 1 times, 2 times as a course of treatment. Results: after a course of treatment, the patients in the B group each evaluation index was higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant ( P 0.05 ). Conclusion: the lateral recess injection combined with intervertebral disc needle intervertebral foramen release for the treatment of lumbar stenosis, greatly reduce the number of treatment, decrease the recurrence rate, improves the clinical outcome, should strengthen the clinical promotion.
