The assignments are updated automatically in the HR work center.There is no check, if the cost centers of the LO and HR work center are identical Alternatively you can assign LO work centers to HR organizational units. In this case, assignments to persons, are created within HR and cannot be changed within the LO work center. * A CO Plan Version saves planned costs or revenues of projects from the operative version 0 to versions 1, 2, .... In Release 4.0 you can save the calculated costs of networks and other assigned appended orders into CO plan versions * Procedure: You can save operative functions as versions (sub-trees too) - or -at first create projects as a version without an operarative project and change (quotation phase). You can simulataneously have several parallel versions for one project. Transfer a simualtion version to an operative project (for example, award of contract). ‘Post-planning of an operative project with alternative versionsTransfer the changes to the operative version You can transfer the data in a test run before executing. During tranfer an error log is writtewn and saved. Errors have to be corrected. The log records which version abd which objects have been transfered. * The total budget of one position
