广西水果产业的发展现状及对策 摘要：广西是水果大省，有悠久的水果栽培历史，生产众多的名特优果品，如荔枝、龙眼、芒果、沙田柚、香蕉等。全区水果种植覆盖面广，各县都有水果种植。目前，广西果树栽培面积和产量均居全国第五位，跨入了水果大省行列，水果产值在广西种植业中居第三位，仅次于粮食作物和畜牧业，水果业已成为广西农村经济的支柱产业。水果产业化的基本内涵是以市场为导向，以加工企业为依托，以广大农户为基础，以科技服务为手段，通过水果业再生产过程的产前、产中、产后诸环节联结为一个完整的产业系统，实现产供销、农工贸一体化经营。 本文首先分析了广西水果产业的现状，然后对广西水果产业优势进行分析，指出广西水果产业在生产、销售、加工、流通等方面存在的主要问题。最后，在对广西水果产业现状、存在问题及优势分析基础上，提出了广西水果产业的发展对策。 关键词: 广西；水果产业；现状；发展对策 Abstract：Guangxi is a major fruits plant province. Many superior varieties such as lychee,longan, mango, pomelo, banana and so on, which are famous in China. The whole autonomous region fruit planting coverage, counties have fruit cultivation. At present, guangxi fruit cultivation area and yield are the fifth in the nation, the province into the fruit, fruit production in guangxi planting in third place, second only to food crops and livestock, fruit has become a pillar industry of the rural economy in guangxi. The basic connotation of industrialization of fruit in the market as the guidance, based on processing enterprises, on the basis of the broad masses of farmers, by means of science and technology service, through fruit industries have reproduction process before, during or after the links to link a complete industrial system, realize supply, farming-manufacture-trade integration management . In the first ,this paper analyzes the present situation of guangxi fruit industry, and then analyzes the advantages of guangxi fruit industry, points out that guangxi fruit industry in fruit production, sales, the main problems of processing, circulation, etc. Finally, in the guangxi fruit industry on the basis of analyzing the present situation, problems and advantages, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of fruit industry in guangxi.
