我国电力行业安全管理存在问题和对策.doc

摘 要 电力安全管理关系到电力企业自身的生存、效益和发展，同时还直接影响国民经济的发展，人民群众的正常生活和社会的稳定。它是电力企业恒久的主题，同时也是电力企业坚持不懈的目标。我国改革开放以来，我国的社会经济持续高速发展，对电力行业的依赖也越来越严重。同时随着我国大电网的逐步形成，电力生产的安全问题变得越来越重要。虽然电力安全管理的力度正在不断增强，电力安全管理的制度也在不断的完善，但是，我国电力安全管理却仍然存在着诸多问题，比如设备的保护不力，员工的思想素质不高，监管的制度不完善等。这些问题已经成为安全管理的主要问题。如何有针对性的解决这些问题，让安全生产管理真正成为经济建设保驾护航的重要力量，才是我们迫在眉睫的主要任务。 关键词：电力，安全生产，安全管理 ABSTRACT Electricity security management not only influences the power enterprises survival, efficiency and development, but also directly affects the development of national economy, peoples normal life and social stability. It is the permanent theme and persistent goal of power enterprises. Since the implementation of the reform and open policy, China’s society and economy has been developing in a contiguously rapid race, and the unity power system is come into being gradually. As a result, the power industry, which has a significant impact on the country and people, draws more attention on the power producing security, which is becoming more and more important. Although security management is enhancing, and security management system is improving, yet a large number of problems on the security management exists, which become the main contradiction, such as the preservation of the equipment , staff’s ideological quality, and the surveillance mechanism. It’s quite imperative to solve these problems accordingly and make the management on safe producing the real force to guide the economic construction.
