Q: I read from the previous management answer, experts talked about the transformation of human resources, can you more specifically introduce the new generation of human resources transformation? What are some cases to share? What is the key link of the new generation human resource transformation? How should enterprises move towards a new generation of human resources transformation? A: it is encouraging that the new generation of human resources transformation has rapidly sprouted in the world, and has begun to attract attention in china. Further deepening and shaping a new generation of human resources transformation emphasizes human resources service ability, can according to the development process of enterprise operation, the challenge put forward the corresponding solutions (strategic business partner).
As a member of DDTs global transformation of human resources team, we realize that forward-looking companies have launched the new generation of the transformation of human resources, to ensure that the human resources to create leap from 1% to 99% of the value, to support enterprises to strengthen the competitive advantage, increase revenue, reduce costs, make full preparations for the the next step of going out to expand the market and provide support for mergers and acquisitions, and a comprehensive scheme for the enterprise in the people challenges.
