However, they are often disappointed to find that they are very difficult to know which kind of quality tools and techniques are most suitable for specific occasions. The following describes several quality tools and how to use them to solve the problem of daily business. Each of these tools is discussed including the following: when to use, when not, training, can achieve what purpose, matters needing attention and use of the program. Aquarium meeting This is a method of organizing the meeting. Different groups in the spirit of cooperation, to share their views and information.
