不同海拔高度地区沙棘果中总黄酮含量的研究

[ 目的] 研究不同海拔高度地区沙棘果中的总黄酮含量[ 方法] 于2007年9 在青海大通甘肃天水山西右玉辽宁建平不同海
拔高度地区采集沙棘果,榨汁后沉淀, 然后将沉淀物在室温下晾干并粉碎, 之后进行超临界萃取, 采用分光光度法对沙棘果中的总黄酮
含量进行测定[ 结果] 青海大通沙棘果的总黄酮含量最高, 为1.27%, 然后依次是甘肃天水沙棘果山西右玉沙棘果辽宁建平沙棘果,
总黄酮含量分别为1.13%0.95%0.89%, 可见, 高海拔地区沙棘果中的总黄酮含量显著高于低海拔地区沙棘果中的总黄酮(P 0. 05)
[ 结论]不同海拔高度地区的沙棘果中的总黄酮含量存在明显差异
