The installation should strictly follow all the applicable specification, standard, procedure (including HSE Plan), drawing and installation manual from vendor. If there is any conflict between this procedure and drawing requirement for the special requirement from equipment specification, the latter shall govern. At the same time, the procedure shall conform to the requirement from FLOUR CO.LTD.
