粗针治疗帕金森病临床观察摘 要：目的：观察粗针治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法：运用粗针从身柱穴沿督脉向下平刺，治疗帕金森病并与美多巴组对照。结果：粗针组在治疗1、3、6月时评分均低于疗前，且评分逐渐下降，均有统计学意义；美多巴组在治疗1、3、6月时评分均高于疗前，评分逐渐上升，与疗前比较1月时无统计学意义， 3、6月时均有统计学意义。组间比较，在治疗1、3、6月时组间评分比较均有统计学意义，粗针治疗优于美多巴。说明粗针组在半年的观察中评分在逐渐降低，症状在逐渐减轻；而美多巴组的评分在逐渐上升，症状逐渐加重。结论：粗针可明显改善帕金森病的症状，具有积极的治疗帕金森病的作用。? 关键词：粗针；美多巴；帕金森病? 中图分类号：R742.5文献标识码：B 文章编号：1673-7717(2008)11-2414-02?? Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect ofParkinson’s disease treated with thick needle.Methods: Horizontal Prick from Shenzhu point along Du channel with thick needles to Treat Parkinson’s disease and comparing with the Madopa group.Results: The score of thick needles group is lower after one month,three months and six months, moreover, it has been gradually declining, Statistics showed that it has significance.The score of Madopa group is higher after one month,three months and six months, moreover, it has been gradually increasing,Compared with the treatment of one month ago,it showed no statistical significance, but it had statistical significance after 3 months or 6 months. The score of group comparison showed that it had statistical significance in the treatment of one month, 3 months, 6 months .but The group of thick needle therapy is superior to the Madopa group. All of these showed that the score of thick needle group decreased gradually and the symptoms gradually reduced after the six months treatment .while the score of Madopa group increased gradually and the symptoms were gradually worse.Conclusion：Thick needles can obviousely improve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, and have a positive role in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.?
