Based on the analysis of principle of JECM-LBM and the study on the properties of laser attenuation in electrolyte, the experimental system w as made, and drilling exper-i ments on a thin GH3044 sheet w ere done w ith the system . The results show ed that recast layer had been reduced more than 90% during JECM-LBM w ith NaNO3 electrolyte of pressure . 5MPa and con- centration 8% , and that the hybrid processing w as feasible w ith applied future for the film cooling holes of aero-engine blades.
