高血脂对大鼠血液流变特性和心肌肌钙蛋白 滕丽新刘胜学何作云杨红升3 (.第三军医大学新桥医院心内科观察高血脂大鼠早期血液流变特性的变化特点,探讨心肌缺血性损伤的发生机制。 SD大鼠高胆固醇饲喂,建立高血脂大鼠模型,SD大鼠饲喂90d,每间隔10d为一取样时相点,测定9组高血脂大鼠的血脂、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和血液流变特性指标,并观察心肌的病理变化。 本实验模型主要表现为高胆固醇血症LDL),随高脂饲喂时间延长,血浆粘度逐渐升高,红细胞变形性下降,饲喂50后cTnI病理提示大鼠心肌出现局灶性缺性损伤,相关分析表明高血脂大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的发生与血高胆固醇LDL密切相关。 高胆固醇血症血液流变特性异常改变,早期心肌缺血性损伤。 关键词胆固醇;心肌缺血;红细胞变形性;血浆粘度 of hypercholesterolemia on hemorrheology and cTn-I in rats Teng Lixin, Liu Shengxue, He Zuoyun. (Department of cardiovascular internal medicine, Xinqiao Hospital , Third Military Medical University, Chongqing 400037) Corresponding author: He Zuoyun, Email: Hzuoyun@ 【Abstract】 Objective By observing the characteristics of hemorheology changes at early stage of myocardial ischemic lesion of the hyperlipidemia rats, we tried to find out it’s mechanisms. Methods 72 SD rats were fed high cholesterol diet (cholesterol+lard+pig bile salt) 10~90 days to result in hyperlipidemia model, these rats were belong to HC group. Control group had 36 SD rats, and these rats were fed common feedstuff. Every 10 days was one time limit. We observed the changes of plasma lipids, cTnI, the characteristics of hemorheology, and pathology of the rats’ myocardium and coronary vessel. Results Our models was hypercholesterolemia and high low-density-lipoproteins (LDL). To extend the breeding cholesterol time, plasma viscosity of HC group rats were increased significantly too, and erythrocyte deformability were decreased. After breeding cholesterol for 50 days, the HC rats had ischemic heart impairment. Correlation analysis proved that it had some relationship with HC. Conclusion In the early stage, hypercholesterolemia could change the characteristics of hemorheology, and induce myocardial ischemia.
