Ltd. 电话：0523Tel: 05231. 概述 原油脱水是石油开采、运输、炼制过程中最基本的工艺要求，经典脱水法由自然沉降，加热分离等组成，由于各油田贮藏油份的差异增加，原先的脱水工艺已不能适应所需，尤其是稠油，用加热法24小时也不能有效地进行油水分离。我厂研制的DWY系列多功能原油脱水试验仪采用了“电化学方法为主，热化学方法为辅”的处理方法，有效地解决了稠油脱水脱盐难的问题，经试验，一般稠油使用GK系列全自动原油脱水试验仪仅需1小时即可使油水分离。该仪器具有程序段控温，三段程序段施高压电场，电场大小可设，每段试验时间可设定，按程序设置自动加温、搅拌、施加电场、下水、蒸馏、冷却、清油回收以及自动清洗等功能。此外，为确保试验安全可靠，仪器同时还具备高压过流保护，超温超压（压力）断电保护，声光报报警等功能。实为各研究部门研究原油脱水脱盐之必备的理想试验装置。extraction, transport, and refining.
