Methods: Te rabbitswere ra domly divided i to 5 groups. O e served as the co trol group, the others were experime tal groups which were i jectedwith four differe t perfusates respectively. They were mixture of starch, water a d oil pai t, mixture of egg white, oil pai t a d a hydride, mixture of cedar oil a d vermilio , a d mixture of gelati , vermilio , a d starch. O e rabbit of each group was observed after direct thoracotomy at 4 hours after perfusio , a d the other was observed after bei g sawed ope after two days% freezi g i the refrigerator. Results: The experime t i dicated that there was effusio i the group perfusedwith starch, water a d oil pai t, vacuole i the arteries, the group perfused with egg white, oil pai t a d a hydride, a d the group perfused with cedar oil a d vermilio , but i the group perfused with mixture of gelati , vermilio a d starch, the sawi g surfacewas eat a d the blood vesselswere showed clearly with o effusio .
