Behavior Analysis of Stakeholders in the Promotion of Energy-saving Building

Abstract :As known ,building energy consumption takes great part in the whole energy consumption of China. Thus ,the
enhancement of building energy efficiency has significant influence on the decreasing of the whole energy consumption in China.
Recently ,the government works hard on the promotion of energy-saving building. However ,the efficacy is not optimistic. Lots of
stakeholders are involved in the promotion of energy-saving building,so applying stakeholder analysis which is a qualitative
sociological analysis method to the research of promotion of energy-saving building will be helpful to identify and comprehend the
various interest demands of stakeholder. With the definition of stakeholders in the energy-saving building market ,it can be clearly
understood the interests of all stakeholders’ demands and conflicts. Then based on the game analysis of the behaviors of stakeholders
in the energy-saving building market,the balanced point of the market could be found ,the stakeholders’ choice of behavior can be
predicted and regulated. A new stakeholder analysis based management framework is propos
