Its structure type is reinforced concrete frame structure, and its total construction area is 3382.5 m2. Its building category is B, and it can be used for 50 years in its design. The building’s fire resistance rating is 2, its grade for seismic resistance is 4, and its seismic fortification intensity is 6. The design can be divided into two parts. The first part is the bid documents(the construction organization plan). Which includes project overview, compilation basis and description, overall objectives and schedule, overall resources and workforce arrangement, each part construction schemes and various guarantee measures. The second part is the code of valuation with bill quantity. Which including bill quantity and tender quotation respectively, and the detailed list of table I and includes content such as pricing table. The bill quantity is based on the calculation rules of the Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works(GB50500-2008). And the bid price quotation is comprehensive unit price valuation methods.
