t小组训练法(T group training method)
Purpose:
The main purpose of the T team is to enable trainees to learn how to communicate effectively, to listen carefully and to understand their feelings and other peoples feelings. So the key word is human relations
Mode:
The usual way of training is to train more than a dozen trainers to the laboratory, or to work away from the work unit, where the psychologists are trained for one or two or three or four weeks.
Principle:
In this group, the members have no intention to solve any special problems, but also do not want to control any person, everybody each other candidly talk frankly, talk only in the here and now happened.
This free discussion, confined to a narrow range, gradually puts the trainee into a state of restlessness and boredom.
