Method We took three kinds of rats(cataracts rat,microphthalmos cataracts rat and normal rat)as subjects, each kind with half males and females was divided into three groups by weight, each of which contains 30 rats. We used the Multi-channel physiological signal acquisition system for test. Results Blood pressure was no significant difference among the three segments of male and female rats(P0.05). With the increase of body weight,blood pressure and body weight formed the relevant relationship gradually.In the same male strain,there was significant difference between the standard weight(207g) and the aging weight(494g)(P0.01). In the same body weight range, the temperature difference between male and female rats was significant(P0.01),and the male’s was. [基金项目] 南京总医院基金,编号2011001. Conclusion The changes in blood pressure,body weight and temperature of cataract rats conformed to the physiological characteristics of rats，which provide a theoretical basis for the use of catatacts rats in the future[Key words] Congenital cataract; Rat; Blood pressure; Body temperature; Correlation analysis 随着生命科学的发展，实验动物的质量也越来越受到人们的重视，动物质量的好坏直接影响实验结果，良好的实验结果应该具有可比性、可重复性；除了疾病的预防与控制外，实验动物正常的生理数据是反映该动物健康状况的重要生理指标。正常睑裂白内障大鼠是2007年由我科屏障环境SD 繁殖大鼠离乳仔鼠中发现，后将正常睑裂白内障大鼠按封闭群进行繁殖传代，后代中有正常睑裂白内障大鼠，小眼白内障大鼠和小眼无白内障大鼠三种表型，将小眼白内障大鼠按近交系进行繁殖传代，后代中前5代均为小眼白内障，第6代开始出现分化，第7代出现1只长牙大鼠，后代中有小眼白内障大鼠
