血小板活化标志物检测在血栓性脑血管疾病的应用-第三军医大学学报.doc

缺血性脑卒中患者血小板活化标志物GPVI、CD62P的检测及其意义探讨 龚道元1,林发全2,陈家强3, 伏红霞1，彭艳1，王晓娟1 （528000 广东 佛山，佛山科学技术学院医学院检验系1，广西医科大学附属第一医院检验科2，佛山市第三人民医院检验科3）摘要 目的探讨治疗前后血小板活化标记物CD62P的表达及其临床。方法采用流式细胞仪（FCM）检测治疗前后CD62P的表达ELISA法检测患者血浆可溶性GPVI的含量；应用直线相关分析统计血小板膜GPVI与CD62P、血小板膜GPVI与可溶性GPVI之间的相关性。结果GPVI和CD62P表达增加，并且明显高于对照组（P0.01）；葛根素治疗后血小板膜GPVI、CD62P表达有明显下降（P0.05），但仍高于正常对照（P0.05）；缺血性脑卒中患者血小板膜GPVI与CD62P之间呈显著直线正相关(r=0.784，P0.01)；病例组可溶性GPVI水平明显低于对照组 (P0.01)；血小板膜GPVI与血浆可溶性GPVI之间呈直线负相关(r=-0.828，P0.01)。结论血小板活化在的发病过程中起重要作用，其标志物CD62P检测对于指导用药有临床价值；可溶性GPVI对缺血性脑卒中患者的诊断和监测血小板活化程度也具有重要价值。CD62P [中图法分类号] R743.33 [文献标志码] A [通信作者]]王晓娟，电话：0757E-mail：doctorwxj@ Clinical significane on detection of platelet activation biomarkers GPVI and CD62P in patients with ischemic stroke GONG Daoyuan1，LIN Faquan2，CHENG Jiaqiang3，FU Hongxia1，PENG Yan1，WANG Xiaojuan1 （Department of clinical laboratory,Medical College, FoShan University of science and technology，FoShan，Guang Dong Province, 528000, China） [Abstract] Objective:To explore expression of platelet activation biomarkers GPVI，CD62P and clinical significance in ischemic stroke before and after treatment.Methods:Detection of GPVI and CD62P was used by technique of flow cytometry（FCM.
