BAORT LONGYEAR BAORT LONGYEAR BAORT LONGYEAR 外锥:流量过低、钻杆泄露 内锥:钻速过快(切入量过大、钻压过大) 外径磨损:流量过小、钻杆泄露、扩孔器外径磨损、振动大(降低转速) 过度磨损:切入量过大,减小钻压和转速,更换硬胎体钻头 钻头抛光:切入量过小,更换软胎体钻头 胎块破裂:钻压过大、跑钻、干孔投放内管、管钳夹持器等、钻孔直径小(扩孔器磨损) 烧钻:钻井液缺失(检查泥浆泵、钻杆密封)、钻压过高、检查内管与钻头内台阶间隙 BAORT LONGYEAR’S STAGE3 Outside Diameter Gauge Loss 外径磨损 Possible causes and solutions: Vibration - Lower the rotational speed. Lack of in-hole fluid circulation - Increase the pump rate. The bit is reaming an undersized drill hole - Check the gauge diameter of the reaming shell in use and replace if found to be undersized. 可能原因、技术措施: 振动大—降低转速 流量过低—增加流量 钻孔直径小(扫孔)—检查扩孔器外径 Inside Diameter Gauge Loss 内径磨损 Possible causes and solutions: Overfeeding the bit - Reduce the penetration rate. Drilling over lost core - Examine the core tube contents. Lack of fluid circulation - Check the inner tube length adjustment to ensure that there are no fluid restrictions within the core barrel assembly.
