Abstract It is very val able for decision-making of a tomotive poll t ion control to simply describe the disper-
sion of traffic related air poll tion in rban street s. In this paper, large amo nt of monit oring data w ere sed to
analyze t he effect of wind speed and w ind direct ion on poll t ant dispersion inside a st reet canyon. An rban
street canyon dispersion model OSPM initially developed in Denmark, was adopted for the modeling st dy .Test-

on dispersion in dayt ime showing t hat the basic pattern of flow and t rb lence field in a street canyon is correct-
