中国农学通报 2011,27(6):431-434 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 农民工社会网络研究的3种范式：一个反思性的文献综述 李 健，刘永功 （中国农业大学人文与发展学院，北京100193） 摘 要：中国农民工社会网络研究具有3 种研究范式，分别是结构制约研究范式、个体利用和再建构研究 范式和面向实践的研究范式。结构制约研究范式强调社会网络作为一种社会结构对个体行动的制约； 个人利用和再建构范式强调个人利用社会网络实现自己的行动；面向实践的研究范式侧重于通过对实 践过程的剖析展示社会网络的作用逻辑。农民工社会网络以及整个农民工社会现象是一个在中国转型 过程中产生的极具实践感的动态的社会事实。与前2 种研究范式比较，第3 种研究范式显然更加适合对 这一对象的研究，也更有希望提出更有解释力的理论。 关键词：农民工；社会网络；研究范式；文献综述 中图分类号：C91 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2010-2494 ThreeParadigmsinResearchaboutMigrantWorker’sSocialNetwork: anIntrospectiveLiteratureReview Li Jian, Liu Yonggong (CollegeofHumanitiesandDevelopment,ChinaAgriculturalUniversity,Beijing 100193) Abstract:There are three research paradigms about social network of migrant work in China, including firstly the constraint from structure, secondly, the individual utilization and reconstruction, thirdly, practice-oriented research paradigm. The constraint from structure research paradigm considers the social network as a kind of social structure which restricts individual act; the individual utilization and reconstruction emphasize that the individual acts through the social network; practice-oriented research paradigm reveals the logical of social network through the analysis about the process of practice. We proposed in this paper that migrant worker ’s social network as well as the phenomenon of migrant worker in China was a dynamic social factor which was full of practice. Compared with the first two research paradigm, the third one fit this objective more and more possible to propose the theory which could explain this phenomenon better.
