Outline of presentation Background Objects Materials and methods Results and discussion Conclusions Background • Nitrogen(N) and Phosphorus (P) have 3 properties –They are essential nutrients for life (plants, animals, and humans ) Positive effect –They are pollution factor (eutrophication of water bodies ) negative effect – P is a disappearing resource ( non-renewable resource) N and P management is related to food security, resource use and environmental protection.
