IV Implementing training is based on the classification of trainees with a wide diversity of professional background and educational level from different regions. Obtaining trainees’ information before holding the training courses Page ? * Experience V Making the assessments of the participants’ ability of using knowledge to solve practical problems after attending the training course by contacting their employers VI Quantitatively investigating the participants’ learning results by the means of written test and submitting reports VII The training courses are updated with the development of meteorology hydrology, the new requirements, new strategies and new technologies VIII In a word, implementing training is based on the WMO requirements and the classification of trainees with a wide diversity of professional background and educational level from different regions.
